I manage all my trial accounts by routing them through a temporary mailbox instead of my work mail. I use TempBox because it lets me catch the activation code in real-time without giving away any personal information. If the app turns out to be useless for my project, I just walk away. The account expires, and I never have to see their "we miss you" marketing blasts. It is the most efficient way to try out software without any digital baggage following you around later.
